We (CraneWorks) have been using Security Pro for over 6 years. They are very responsive to our needs. Recently we opened a new Orlando facility and we had them do the security install there as well. Shane and his TEAM are the BEST.

Security Pro is amazing, I spoke with Shane and he gave me a very completive price and had me set up in 3 days. I recommend him and the compony to everyone. they also have a rapid response time. I set the alarm off on purpose to see how long it would take for them to call me and I must say that it was a impressive 30 seconds.

I recently retired from the military, and had purchased multiple high-end security cameras/NVR prior to leaving my last duty assignment. After an extensive renovation project on the house, I was looking for a reliable company to install the system. I definitely made the right choice with Security Pro of Florida. The technicians, Jonathan and Leo, were prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Work that would have typically required 7 hours, they accomplished in six. They understood that preparation was key, so they commenced with a review of where I wanted to have the components placed, provided excellent insight, prepped all of the cameras, ran all of the wires, then concluded by installing the NVR and cameras. When they powered up the system, everything worked perfectly and the images were crystal clear. This company exemplifies the hallmarks of a well-run, effective organization, and their costs are very reasonable. If you’re looking for a security system installation, simply call Security Pro of Florida.

Fantastic from sales to service. Stephanie at the office has been wonderful in helping us, and Jon (our repeat technician) has been very professional in handling our on-site service needs.

I work for College Arms Towers in DeLand and we reach out to Security Pro of Florida for our entry call box. Jonathan and his team came out and got it done in a day. They made sure they trained us on the new system.
A few days later we encountered some issues (user error) and they came out the same day, which I had never experienced with any other vendor. Jonathan came back and helped our desk clerk figure out the issue which again, was a user error. Hos customer service is amazing and he is some patient with the team.

I am extremely happy with their service. They even helped us with another issue that was not related to their system. Amazing customer service.

After 7 years with another security company's disappointing customer service, I chose Security Pro to provide security for my home. Security Pro completely lived up to their online ratings. They were honest and transparent with their estimate; they were on-time and efficient with their installation. My installer, Jon, was uber-competent, thorough and patient when walking me through all the advantages and benefits of their system. He didn't try to upsell me, but let me know about future system enhancements in case I was interested. I highly recommend Security Pro!

They have installed not one of our alarm systems, but 2 and we highly recommend them! Their response time to questions and concerns is excellent. All the staff were very professional and courteous. We definitely have a piece of mind when it comes to the security of our investments.

The pricing, communication, and install all went smoothly. We have had no issues thus far at our two offices that use Security pro alarms and cameras. Thanks Security Pro!

Third location with Security Pro. Chad and his team are just what you need when it comes to professionalism and a job well done and that's not only for his installation team but also for Erica and Stephanie at the office. If you ever need anything from them after the installation they will do whatever it takes to help you. I wish there were more stars to give.

Hunter and Aiden did an awesome job of installing several cameras on our house. Very efficient and knowledgeable, and explained the software.
