HIRING NOW: Experienced Technician

Security Pro of Florida, LLC is a local security alarm and surveillance camera systems company based in Orange City Florida with approximately 20 years in the security industry. We install and provide monitoring to both commercial and residential clients for burglar and fire alarm systems. Additionally, we install and network CCTV surveillance systems, door access systems, and more.

Job Overview:

Installation/programming of burglar, fire, CCTV, intercom, access control systems, etc. Provide excellent customer service and professionalism while setting up systems and demonstrating them to our commercial and residential customers. Ability to problem solve and come up with unique suggestions to assure customers security system is specific to their needs. Must be able to stay on task, drive responsibly from location to location, work extended hours occasionally, and work some Saturdays when needed.

The following is required:
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Professional appearance and good communication skills.
• Manual labor: pulling wire, installing equipment, using drills, hand tools, working from ladders, working in small enclosed spaces such as attics.
• Must be Drug Free and no criminal background.
• Must possess a clean driving record and Florida state drivers license.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and an enjoyable personality.
• Be able to work in individual and team environments.
• Be self-disciplined, diligent, and have good work ethics.
• Customer-friendly attitude and a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to obtain and keep current FASA/BASA license.

Basic duties will include but not be limited to:
• Installation/programming of burglar, fire, CCTV, intercom, access control systems, etc.
• Be responsible and accountable for company equipment and vehicle.
• Drive safely from location to location as scheduled.
• Check and inspect all equipment/batteries on existing systems.
• Trouble shoot and repair issues with customers’ new or existing equipment.
• Suggest solutions and upgrades for existing and new systems.
• Test all equipment, zones, etc. after installations.
• Assure all paperwork is complete and payments are collected.

HIRING NOW: Experienced Sales Manager

Security Pro of Florida is looking for an experienced and professional Sales Manager with a proven track record for its security alarm and CCTV business in Central Florida.

Job Overview:

You are expected to be the leader of your market. Search, interview, recruit, hire, train and motivate a direct sales force in the market you cover so you can exceed your weekly and monthly goals. Submit weekly and monthly reports to your manager in addition to other responsibilities your manager may require. You are also expected to lead by example and be a security sales expert and have experience selling our products.

Security Pro management and staff will provide you with the tools needed to grow your market. You are expected to run sales meetings and train your sales team to be as successful as possible. Your sales reps will be responsible for designing and selling our products to homeowners and businesses.

Your workday will consist of talking to dozens of homeowners and businesses each day, from 8am — PM evening. You will have a company vehicle to drive to appointments. You get paid to talk to people, make presentations, and sign up customers. You may be given company leads from our website, home-shows, or from other company sources. More than any other product a home has; we sell something that truly matters and can save lives.

• Consult with clients after sales in order to get referrals and to provide ongoing support
• Provide aggressive leadership and energy to your market.
• Recruit and hire new sales professionals to work for you.
• Lead by example by selling with new reps and providing field training.
• Train, teach and motivate your sales teams.
• Report to your Manager and achieve your monthly install goals
